Tuesday, September 5th, 2006

Our two most recent donations — courtesy of AIRS — will help you find it:

  • Get back on the track professionally through AIRS’s renowned recruiter training program: the AIRS Recruiter Academy. The masters at AIRS will help you brush up your seach skills and put you on the road to success in no time.
  • If you’re really, actually lost (not just metaphorically), AIRS has an even better donation for you: a GPS vehicle navigation system.

That rounds out the donations for our upcoming charity auction. Stay tuned for results from the auction next week!

Taleo has just announced that they’ll be donating a $500 Hyatt Hotels gift certificate to the ERE Foundation. This certificate can be applied toward more than just hotel rooms — it can be used on any Hyatt property worldwide for things like spa services and other value adds.

Two New Donations: A Dell Desktop (from Monster) and 90 Days of Sales Applicant Screening (from eContinuum)

Tuesday, August 15th, 2006

More donations came our way this afternoon. The first is from Monster: A Dell Desktop computer system, with a 15-inch flat screen monitor. If you don’t have a flat screen monitor yet, you’re living in the stone age. Auction attendees, now’s your chance to get your hands on one — with a desktop computer to boot.

The second donation will certainly appeal to your professional side — particularly if you do a lot of recruiting and evaluation for sales occupations. This donation comes to us from eContinuum, and it’s 90-day access to the company’s extensive sales candidate screening and measurement tools. For the practically minded auction bidders, this is a great opportunity to gain access to a premium tool while at the same time supporting a worthy cause.

One last note: As the donations have started piling in, we’ve organized the list of donations page into two categories: recruitment products and services, and the aptly named “goodies” category. The charity auction is shaping up to feature a lot of both!

A Sony PlayStation Portable Donated by TALENThire.com — So Cool…

Tuesday, August 15th, 2006

TALENThire.com just contacted us today to donate a Sony PlayStation Portable value pack. How cool is that! This is another great one for travelers; it’s a great way to cure boredom on those long plane rides (or long waits in security lines, as it were). Best of luck to the bidders at the charity auction on this one — the bidding could get hot…

We’re psyched about this donation and we’re glad that TALENThire.com is thinking creatively about what to donate. The ERE Foundation thanks you, TALENThire.com!
